Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying & understanding international engineering conference tasks and committees responsible for them.

Overseeing and coordinating the whole conference. Determining the important dates for application, abstract submission, paper submission, review, etc.

Identifying and inviting renowned experts, keynote speakers, and the Guest of Honor in respective research areas to the conference.

Identifying promising sponsors and exhibitors to provide better B2B scopes and opportunities.

Overseeing the quality of promotional materials for the social science and humanities conference.

Overseeing the quality of promotional materials for the social science and humanities conference.

Introducing speakers, presenters, and facilitators at the conference.

Working out details of the social science, humanities and engineering conference presentations and assuring interactiveness sessions.

Creating the final conference program and reviewing submitted abstracts for acceptance or rejection.
